1, If the availability is showing as available you may send an online booking form to reserve the cottage but
the reservation is not guaranteed until we have confirmed availability by email or phone.
2, Click on the link below which will take you to our main site.
3, Complete the booking form. A £150 non refundable deposit per cottage is required to secure the
reservation and must be received within 5 working days of the booking form being sent. This may be paid by
bank transfer or cheque. Full details will be given in our confirmation email.
4, On receiving your form and deposit we will send you written confirmation of your booking and copy of
the booking conditions. Until you receive this, the booking is not firm.
5, If you have any questions or wish to request further optional extra services, don't hesitate to contact us.
6, Twelve weeks before your arrival we will send a reminder for the full balance, due ten wks prior to arrival.
7, On receipt of your full balance we will send directions and a receipt of payment confirmation,
together with some other useful info.
