Villa Chemin sous le Puits is a three bedroomed house available for lets of 3 months plus. It is located in the village of Fontaine Chalendray in the Charente Maritime region of France. It is centrally located for Saint Jean d'Angely (30mins), Cognac (40mins)and Angouleme (55mins) . The nearby village of Néré (5mins) has a bar, village shop, boulangerie, primary school and post office. 


The village of Fontaine Chalendray boasts a 12th century church and great views over the surrounding countryside, lovely country walks and even a beach and swimming lake just 10mins away.


The house is two storeys. The ground floor is open plan with a good sized kitchen area, dining and sitting area.

Very large garden with off road parking. Wifi throughout and smart tv.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a double with wardrobe and set of draws and two windows looking out onto the fields beyond. The twin room has two sets of draws and hooks with hangars. There is one window overlooking the back garden. The single room could be used as an office but has a single bed and a set of draws plus hooks and hangars. It has one window looking out over the driveway .


The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower attachment, sink and toilet with a 100 litre hot water tank (electric) The window overlooks the open fields beyond. There is also a cloakroom loo downstairs.

Villa Berger

Villa Fontaine ' Berger' is a three bedroomed house available for lets of 1 month plus or short breaks and summer rentals when available. It is also located in the village of Fontaine Chalendray in the Charente Maritime region of France. It is centrally located for Saint Jean d'Angely (30mins), Cognac (40mins)and Angouleme (55mins) . The nearby village of Néré (5mins) has a bar, village shop, boulangerie, primary school and post office. Aulnay de saintonge (15mins) and Matha (20mins) both have a supermarket, bank, bars and restaurants.

There is a master bedroom with en suite shower room with loo and sink: one twin bedroom and a third bedroom which can be used as a second double room or twin room and with the main bathroom set between the two. Draw space and hooks for hangers in all bedrooms.


Outdoor terrace with garden furniture. Grassed front garden and private rear garden. Driveway and parking for several cars.

Villa Tranquille

Villa tranquille sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, a king sized (160x200)double and two twin rooms. It has a large private garden and off road parking for 2 cars. There is a bathroom with bath, overhead shower attachment, sink and toilet. It has a large and spacious open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and all the crockery and cutlery needed for a comfortable self catering holiday. 



Available for lets of 3 to 90 nights at certain times of year. (Not available during July and August.) An ideal base from which to explore the area or house hunt. Individual thermostatically controlled radiators.


Villa Hirondelles

Villa Hirondelle sleeps 8 in four bedrooms; two king sized bedrooms and two twin bedrooms and two full sized bathrooms.


There is wifi throughout and a smart tv. Spacious sitting room with two sofas and armchairs to seat 8 plus large indoor dining table .


There is a good sized kitchen with breakfast table and is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle and stainless steel range oven (electric) with four ring gas hob. 

Patio doors open onto a private patio area with garden table, parasol and barbecue. The enclosed pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with sunbeds.


It has a huge private garden, off road parking and a 9m by 4m heated and enclosed swimming pool available in June and September. The house is not available for monthly lets in July and August.
