Pottery painting for kids (and adults)

Our family friendly holiday gites welcome families with babies, toddlers and young children. We offer a safe and peaceful environment in which to enjoy your self catering family holiday in rural France. With other toddlers and young children for yours to play with and enclosed gardens and safely enclosed and alarmed swimming pools you will be able to relax with a chilled glass of wine chatting to like minded parents whilst your
children make new friends (and you do too !)

As every parent knows, when the children are entertained, you can relax. At La Grange du Moulin and Les Vallaies family holiday cottages we offer a number of fun child friendly activities to keep your children and toddlers entertained.

Each week we have pottery painting.
Prices start from 10€ depending on the item you choose. Even tiny babies can join in with parents choosing a plate to put imprints of their tiny hands or feet; toddlers can create real masterpieces, multicoloured dinosaurs look fab and the older children will happily sit for ages delicately painting their pirate or fairy princess. My two boys have been participating in this activity since they are tiny. They still enjoy joining in but actually they are the ones who now run the activity, so I can sit back, chat and enjoy a glass of wine with the other parents !
It's not just for kids either - it's a very relaxing activity for grown ups too.
After painting, we varnish it for you and once it's dry it's back with you by the next morning at the latest. A lovely souvenir of your stay at La Grange du Moulin and Les Vallaies family holiday cottages.
